Something’s not the way you want it
In some area of your life, there’s something you haven’t been able to figure out and get a handle on. It doesn’t seem to matter how much you use your willpower, read books or change your ways, it’s still not working.
Perhaps it is your life relationships, your body, your finances, parenting, or your livelihood.
You may have emotions simmering underneath everything that you still haven’t figured out how to deal with elegantly….. fear, anger, anxiety, stress, or sadness. Maybe you explode for little or no reason or burst in to tears in a heart beat! And then you feel bad about it and totally out of control.
Worst of all, you are bright, intelligent and very capable, yet, in this stuck area, it just seems to ‘happen’ to you and everything you have tried in the past, doesn’t work! Perhaps you are just itching to get on with a new passion or project and it’s just not happening.

You know to stop judging and arguing, stop eating so much and exercise, to budget and stop spending, to let things go and stop dwelling on the old memories, to think more positively, or analysing the crap out of things.
But why don’t you do it? Somehow your struggle with this one part of your life just doesn’t seem to shift.
You’re tired. Frustrated. You want to give it up. You hate it that you can’t get on top of it, because you are intelligent and capable.

If you just keep ignoring this and set more goals, or ‘let it go’, meditate more or improve your positive thinking, you are failing to harness your big and faithful ally.
This is potentially the biggest piece of the puzzle and the piece that many helpful practitioners often don’t help you change.
If it was up to knowledge and will power you would have done it by now. And more information and more tools just isn’t cutting it (it just leads to overwhelm and a sense of failure).
That’s where I can be of assistance.
You can shift your mindset
I use a variety of techniques that I’ve honed and developed over the last 16 years.
Through a deep coaching conversation using a myriad of elements such as hypnosis, NLP, emotional freedom technique (EFT / FasterEFT), and my own personal and professional experiences to the table, I help you address your unconscious beliefs, thoughts and behaviour patterns.
Within sometimes just minutes, you can clear limiting beliefs and emotions that you have been carrying around for A LIFE TIME. These are the things that stop you from going for that job, imagining yourself in happy healthy body, that keep you poor financially, and feeling unworthy.
Deep down, you are running unconscious thoughts and programs that are sabotaging all your amazing efforts and actions.
Most of us know that too. Yet, the problem has been, how do you change them?

An experienced practitioner assists you to hold the space
For the deep change work in areas that you are confused about or overwhelmed about, it’s almost impossible to do it on your own. An experienced practitioner helps you navigate your way through your mind so you can find the pieces that are really keeping you stuck or that are uncomfortable.
You will then make peace with the unhelpful stuff so you can create much more empowering internal and emotional processes. You are then able to re-connect with your own very useful resources.
You already have so much of what you need already, it’s just a matter of connecting the dots and shifting your reality so you can see it! Then the changes start to happen with ease and grace instead of struggle and discontent.
I am a specialist in working with people’s unconscious mindset and assisting them to get un-stuck, I’ve been doing it for over 16 years, and I love assisting others to create inspired possibilities for themselves.
You will learn how to take care of yourself in between sessions so you can take control on your own, and be empowered going forward.
Are you ready and committed to do the work?
This work can feel like magic sometimes, yet you need to be committed, every day, to shift what you focus on inside. It can be incredibly fast to heal an isolated issue, such as, a phobia or the grief of losing a loved one (really, this experiences can be changed and healed in as little as one session).
However if you are dealing with an area of your life like relationships, self confidence, work success, health or money, there is likely to be a multitude of aspects and an interconnectedness of past memories, beliefs and emotions that sit underneath your experience. It takes time. It takes intention. It takes your commitment.
There is no magic quick fix or magical technique that will just fix you and your problems. You have been very successfully focusing on and generating your negative results for a lifetime. It takes conscious intention, in and outside of sessions.
Having someone hold space with you as you transform these underlying uncomfortable experiences permanently, will assist you to shift your experience, in an exciting, inspiring, and long lasting way.
You can find peace. It’s time to find your groove and be happy.
I transformed how I feel about my body
I was burned out and wanting my inspiration back for my photography business
After many years I could get back on the London Underground tube trains without having panic attacks
I could not get on crowded tube trains without panic attacks, sweating, and symptoms that on at least two occasions had seen me hospitalised. I had suffered from a mild case of PTSD since around 1990, after serving for 13 years in the Special Forces and Intelligence Services. Unfortunately I had a car crash in 2006 in which I had to be cut out of the vehicle. This brought on symptoms of claustrophobia and panic attacks, for which I had cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) wth a psychologist. Whilst this helped, it did not cure my anxiety attacks.
One evening whilst chatting with Janine, she suggested her coaching and EFT tapping as an alternative to my defensive techniques to get onto trains etc. Janine persisted with me until I gave in and sat and did a session. I am not a dipsy hippy type so this alternative nonsense, does not sit well with me, but I trusted Janine.
Janine quickly got to the crux of the problem and dealt with the symptoms and the cause all at once. We uncovered during the session, that the claustrophobia actually related back to very traumatic combat memories when I was age 20. She helped me make peace with all of the complex and multiple emotions related to that (and other related) incidents, so that it no longer held any negative emotion. I can still reflect on the event, and I no longer have the pain attached to it. All of this in just two hours.
The upshot of this? Two days later I got on a London Underground train without even thinking twice about it, and have continued to do so for over a year and a half.

Expertise. To assist you in shifting your mindset in a way you can’t do on your own.
Creative Problem Solving. So you can create clarity on your plan for moving forward (this might not involve taking lots of action by the way, it could be supporting you to take less action, or do more self care, or just letting yourself be). For you women out there, it also doesn’t mean having a five year plan mapped out!! It might just be letting each step unfold naturally so you can see where it takes you through inspiration and desire.
Accountability. No matter how inspired you get you likely tend toward procrastination and not doing the things you know are good for you. I will keep you on track if that’s what you need, so you can take the steps you need to to move forward. The combination and timing of these depends on who you are, where you are at and what you need in that moment.
